Wow this is it! Thank you and well done with completing this challenge. I hope you have learnt a trick or two that will help you feel calmer, sleep better and generally feel more relaxed.
When I planned and filmed this challenge, I was not expecting the restrictions to be enhanced but hoped that things might be easier. Sadly this is not the case so unless you have purposefully completed each step you may not see or feel big changes that we had hoped for. If this is the case, do not be disheartened- these things take time and most importantly you have already taken the first step. Keep using the techniques, put them together in your own sequences and use them in the moment as needed.
