Give your wellbeing a boost!
1. Listen to your favourite music and sing along to increase vagal tone
2. Read- turn your phone off and get your head in a book.
3. Roll your shoulders, relax your jaw and notice your posture
4. Have a tea or coffee in peace, no phone, no noise
5. Get out in nature, even better be by water.
6. Do that exercise class, long bath or something for you that makes you feel good.
7. Write down your joy, 3 things that made you smile today
8. Get a good nights sleep
9. Breathe out for longer than you breathe in (whilst doing your hand reflex techniques!)
10. Eat well, stay hydrated and book your next appointment!
